It has come to the attention of the WWWeb Factory that people need to know
that we are not responsible, nor liable, by law, for the content of our
clients web pages or business practices. Refer to 47 U.S.C.A. § 230 which says:
"Section 230(c)(1) provides immunity from liability for providers and users of an
'interactive computer service' who publish information provided by others:
No provider or user of an interactive computer service shall be treated as the
publisher or speaker of any information provided by another information content provider."
Copyright and ownership statements on our clients web sites that include
both The WWWeb Factory and the client company name must be taken into consideration
to which functions are being provided by which companies. The WWWeb Factory is
NOT responsible for the content part, only the hosting, and the code that operates
the website. To think otherwise, is futile and covered by 47 U.S.C.A. § 230.
So please don't harass us, or our service suppliers for our client content, as we are
