From Webster’s Dictionary of Legal, Lawful & Political Terms
SUBJECT (Person) / CITIZEN IN BONDAGE / EDICTEE
(1) authoritarian functionary; socialist proletariat; a government human resource.
(2) a person regulated and taxed without effective limit, i.e., human chattel ‘managed' by a
government that operates outside of its constitutional limits; a new-age serf.
(3) Subjects exist in a state of bondage but differ from true slaves in that slaves are owned by,
and property of, individual masters, whereas subjects are owned by, and property of, a
government acting as a collective master. [ref.: Bouvier’s Law Dict. 1914] Subjects, like slaves,
may be capriciously restricted in the scope of their freedoms. They may be obliged to labor for,
or to submit to extortionary government taxation.
In contrast, citizens of republics, possess absolute RIGHTS which may not be dispossessed by majority
vote or at the whim of legislators. Citizens of democratic tyrannies (edictocracies) exist without
RIGHTS, but rather, with privileges which are misrepresented as RIGHTS. Unlike RIGHTS, privileges
may be legislated away by compelling or prohibiting specific behavior. See examples, (a) through (e):
(a) a state wherein the exercise of fundamental RIGHTS has been revoked and converted to
licensable activities (privileges), e.g., requiring persons to wear seat belts, or crash helmets, or
have airbags, or insurance, or have a government license or permit in order to hike in the forest,
or to drive, or to contract, or to carry a pistol for self defense in one’s purse; unrestrained police
powers: where one may be ordered to stop and produce 'papers,’ and arbitrarily be detained
(arrested) or searched.
(b) persons who are coerced to pay taxes which exceed 12% of the purchase costs of land,
services, or new goods (not gross revenue) or alternatively, have their wages garnisheed, their
bank accounts confiscated, their home seized, and/or be thrown in prison; persons, who under
threat and intimidation, are compelled to testify against themselves, e.g., to sign documents ‘under
penalty of perjury.’
(c) persons who may arbitrarily be brought to trial by the government without benefit (protection)
of a 21 person grand jury indictment, and a 12 person fully informed jury of peers.
(d) persons who are not permitted counsel of choice, but rather 'licensed’ attorney of choice.
NOTE: Attorneys who are ‘licensed’ automatically confer jurisdiction to a magistrate and a
statutory court in violation of the people’s RIGHT to a common-law trial. This is a serious
offense against the people (often a capital offense [See: UCL]). This crime unmistakably reveals,
that the judicial branch of government, along with its duties and unique responsibility to protect
the people from the selfish ambitions of politicians, has, in the USA, been usurped. The worst
fears of Jefferson are realized: the executive branch has preempted the judicial. He saw that as
tyranny. The common-law of the people (and impartial justice), has been replaced with
quasi-martial law, a statutory system of magisterial government. (Cf.: REPUBLIC;
(e) residents or dwellers within edictocracies (often referred to as ‘free’ countries by central
ministry propagandists) who are not free to emigrate, or who are permitted to emigrate
conditionally: their money is subject to being retaxed, i.e., an ‘exit’ tax!
