The Made 'n USA Database Program is dedicated to bringing the jobs and prosperity back to the good old united States of America. Your help in developing and maintaining this database will assist our efforts to accomplish this goal. We are a not-for-profit organization, and expect to provide the finest possible service within our budget, to the great people of this country.

All members of the USA Banner Club (UBC) are required to agree to the following terms and conditions. Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from the UBC, and placed on our Bad Site List. Please read thru all items as they are important. By joining the USA Banner Club (UBC), you implicitly agree to the following: Web pages referenced by members participating in our exchange program must contain a majority of Made in the USA products, services, or information pertaining to these products or services. The UBC will not accept any advertisement from web sites whose products, services or advertisement that they determine to be offensive or inappropriate in any way. For example, we do not allow adult sites, regardless of the products made available or referenced therein. Members agree to include the provided banner ad on their web site, in as many or few pages as they wish. On any given page on which the banner is inserted, it must be displayed such that the majority of visitors to that page will see the banner. The HTML code (provided by UBC) to display these banners may not be modified in any way without expressed written permission from the Banner Exchange Administrator. A member may cancel their participation in the UBC by notifying the administrators in writing or by sending e-mail to BannerClub@w3f.com. Upon resigning his/her membership, the member agrees to remove all references and links to the UBC from the member's web site. A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not display more than one members banner on any one page. A member may not include the banner on any pages that automatically reloads or goes to another page without interaction from the user (ie, client pull or server push). The administrators of the USA Banner Club retain full and complete ownership and all rights to the UBC name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information provided the member or from within. All members agree to utilize these services at their own risk. The UBC, it's administrators, partners and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of the UBC. Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high standard of quality for our services, the administrators of the UBC do not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of the UBC Program. Banners submitted for this program may NOT contain animation of any kind as this puts an undue burden on the viewers system. Interleaving graphics are allowed, in fact encouraged. Banners with tranparacy features are also allowed. Please be creative. The administrators of the UBC reserve the right to modify, or change these Terms and Conditions. [ I agree!
